BIBLIOGRAPHY

A note from 0 to 10 is attributed to the books I have read.
The note 9 (yellow boxes)  indicates a remarkable book by
its contents and its writing as much as by the variety of its
sources.  The level of the note depends on the contribution of
the book to the understanding of the Hitler's era and
personality. I do not attribute notes beyond 9 because it
seems to me to be a ridiculous exercise to pretend a book is
perfect. The political opinions of the writer are not taken in
consideration. Some revisionnist authors like David Irving
deserve nevertheless a place in this biblio for the amount of
information that they bring to the question.
